Founded in Denver in 1987, Ashworth Homes is a design-build firm serving Denver, Boulder, Evergreen, Golden, Littleton, and the surrounding Front Range foothills.
A firm that stayed small on purpose
Daniel Ashworth started the company as a two-man framing crew in 1987, and the framing crew's habits never left: measure twice, write things down, and don't start what you can't finish well. Today we're a team of twenty-two, including designers, estimators, project managers, and carpenters, and we still take on a deliberately limited number of projects each year.
That limit is the business model. Every client gets a dedicated project manager and a seat at the design table, and every project gets the attention of people who expect to drive past the house in twenty years and feel proud of it.
We are licensed and insured in the State of Colorado, and a member in good standing of the local home builders' community, but the credential we care about is that more than half our work comes from past clients and their referrals.

The price is the price
We fix the construction price before we break ground and put every change in writing before we do the work. Surprises belong in birthdays, not budgets.
Our own hands on the finish
The trim, stairs, and cabinetry that define how a home feels are done by carpenters on our payroll, people who've been with us an average of nine years.
We answer after closing
A warranty only matters if someone picks up the phone. Our warranty work is handled by the same project managers who ran the build.
Build for the site you have
We'd rather step a foundation down a slope than flatten a beautiful lot. The land usually knows what the house should be.
The Team
You'll know the people building your home
No handoffs between sales and production, because there is no sales department. The person you meet first is involved to the last walkthrough.
