The Project
The owners of this Cherry Hills ranch wanted to age in place without leaving the house they'd raised a family in. We added a ground-floor primary suite off the rear: bedroom, bath, dressing room, and a private patio.
The original brick had been out of production for forty years. We sourced a match from a reclaimed-brick yard in the same metro, and the mortar was tinted on site until the joint lines disappeared.
